Anomalies

Donna  (Lead Investigator & Empath)

Is a Partner of Davo and an 'Empath' a highly sensitive person, who has a keen ability to sense what peoples emotions and feelings are.  Donna is a Co founder to I.P.A.  Psychologists may use the term empath to describe a person that experiences a great deal of empathy, often to the point of taking on the pain of others at their own expense. Donna is also a keen Paranormal Investigator and a Wicca Witch practitioner.

David  (Lead Investigator & Tech)

Is known as 'Davo' is a keen Paranormal Investigatorand works alongside his partner Donna Investigating Paranormal Anomalies, he is the founder of I.P.A. we investigate paranormal anomalies,  his role is a paranormal investigator, technician and researcher.

He is in full time employment and he was a volunteer as a leader with a local Boys Brigade company, he has many years in Youth work.

2023 marks three years since I.P.A was founded by Donna and Dave, both had a passion for the paranormal and had in some point witnessed paranormal first hand which made them pursue their interests in the search for evidence, the truth, the unknown.

individually both studied and pursued their dreams until one day in 2020 they joined forces,  created I.P.A as we see it today self funding and with donations, today they have created a research centre organisation dedicated to researching the paranormal and other strange phenomena.  Let us congratulate I.P.A for 3 years of commitment.

Our Mission

I.P.A (Investigating Paranormal Anomalies) was founded on 16th November 2020 by Donna and Dave.

Our mission is not for profits, we are an Unincorporated Organisation not a business, based on research. Our project involves Paranormal Investigating and History Research self funded with donations working on a professional level for which our team has completed the relevant training. We are currently serving Loughborough and Leicestershire, we have a passion and expertise for anything Paranormal or the unknown.

An ‘unincorporated association’ is an organisation set up through an agreement between a group of people who come together for a reason other than to make a profit (for example, a voluntary group or a sports club).  Our Organisation is our HQ and research centre, not for profits relying totally on donations and self funding's.

Our aim is to prove the existence with evidence of the paranormal through scientific research aiming to give our clients outstanding results and expand our vision into the future. Donna and Davo shared opinion is that despite this wide spread belief science lacks a broad minded approach to the paranormal and generally rejects the idea that these unexplained events could occur. This lack of empathy has some basis: discredited mediums, sensation seeking TV programmes, commercial paranormal events groups claiming that every noise is an intelligent response from beyond, the list goes on. I.P.A have worked hard to build up our Credibility, Trust and Reputation, respecting locations, and the people alive or deceased.

If you want help investigating your home or business give us a call or use our contact page we have all the kit or even for us to join your team for an investigation all we ask is a consent form to be filled in before we investigate.

We have a full PLI Public Liability insurance and we risk assess every location, safety for us and our clients is our primary concern.

Paranormal Investigation is the process of investigating locations that are reported to be haunted by ghosts/spiritual energy. Typically, a Paranormal Team like us will attempt to collect evidence supporting the existence of paranormal anomalies.

Investigators use a variety of electronic devices, including EMF meters, digital thermometers, both handheld and static digital video cameras, including thermographic and night vision cameras, as well as digital audio recorders. Other more traditional techniques are also used, such as conducting interviews and researching the history of allegedly haunted sites. Ghost hunters is a term we do not use, it is incorrect we are researchers in the paranormal.
Ghost hunting/Paranormal Investigating has been heavily criticized for its dismissal of the scientific method. No scientific study has ever been able to confirm the existence of ghosts/spirits. The practice is considered a pseudoscience by the vast majority of educators, academics, science writers, and sceptics.

A national daily newspaper reported in July 2015 that 82% of Britons believe in the supernatural, 68% say they have experienced a supernatural event and 56% have had some sort of contact from a bereaved loved one.

Without History there wouldn't be any hauntings.

We offer advice and guidance and will endeavour to remove anomalous activity if the client wishes it.

We also offer advise to parents about their child's issues with the paranormal which can be accessed on the Junior I.P.A Page here:  http://www.ipadad.net/junior_ipa
