I.P.A are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. The purpose of this statement is to explain to you what personal information we collect and how we may use it.

When you place a transaction payment with us, this is all done through Paypal, we don't know any of your details, store them or use them. 

We do not collect payment details or store any payment details that you submit. All payments are conducted through Paypal over secure links, using the official PayPal Donation payment page, you can check their policy on their website.

We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons. GDPR.

Data Protection
We collect your personal details in the form called 'Consent Form'
and use them to arrange and undertake the investigation, or consent to the investigation. We will not share your personal details with any third party other than consultants who work with us in conducting investigations. You have the right to have your details deleted by emailing us at:  enquiries@ipadad.net

Our Code of Ethics
Donna and Dave have completed the necessary training for carrying out paranormal investigations and operate under a code of conduct.

This means:
• The client’s interests always come first.
• No investigation will begin until we have received the client’s consent.
• Data will not be shared with third parties unless otherwise agreed by the client.
• We will ensure all collected data complies with The Data Protection Act (1998).
• You may ask for copies of any data we may collect pertaining to your investigation.
• You have the right to withdraw from any investigation without notice.
• We may be unable to assist clients who could be deemed to be “vulnerable persons”.

How do we receive information about you?
When you voluntarily provide us with your personal details in order to carry out the investigation, when you use or access our Site in connection with your use of our services.

I.P.A will make every possible effort to protect the personal information we hold. I.P.A will not make this information available to any third parties. We will not sell, pass on or make available your personal information for email or third party marketing. Your email account details will only be used to notify you of our proposed investigations and announcements.

Minors

We understand the importance of protecting minor’s privacy, especially in an online environment. This site is not designed for or directed at minors. Under no circumstances shall we allow the use of our services by minors and in some circumstances proof of age may be required or parental consent or the use of with the assistance of a responsible adult, although we have safeguarding for young people and vulnerable adults, we take every care.  The activities on some pages are designed for young people but some may need some adult supervision.

The foundation of any case study that we undertake, is to treat it as a blank canvas. Although, we take into account all factors associated with previous reports. We can only determine the significance based on our own findings.  All footages of film and photos contain no fakery or trickery, viewers discretion is advised.

We are now one of the most experienced and dedicated paranormal teams in the UK. We remain open-minded dependent on our own experiences. Yet, respect all views.

Public Liability

I.P.A are fully covered for public Liability for our investigations, as tour guides and our team members and others operating under the I.P.A, personal injury whilst on location and during our events and public property is also covered for any damages, however the team take extreme care whilst on location to respect property.  The certificate for the insurance can be found on our resource page.
