We, Donna and Davo, work in partnership under the name I.P.A (Investigating Paranormal Anomalies) and we may use other consultants in carrying out any investigation.

If you wish us to carry out an investigation into paranormal activity, please read the details below and agree to these terms before emailing us,  a consent form will be given on our first meeting to fill out.

We may need to carry out a risk assessment, copies are obtained from us if one is completed.  

You agree to:-
• Allow us access to your property to undertake a paranormal investigation. We may in some circumstances need to set up specialist equipment in your property;
• Allow us, during any investigation, to make both video and audio recordings, take photographs and make reports, statements and notes. All recordings, photographs, reports, statements and notes, and the copyright in those materials, belong to us.
• Allow us to interview other witnesses and conduct such other research as we believe is necessary.

Stated on our Privacy Policy page we use a consent forms for such a use.

We agree to:-
• Keep the details of our investigation at your property confidential. The details will not be published by us without your written consent and will only be shared with our consultants who are bound by a confidentiality agreement;
• Use all reasonable care when carrying out the investigation in your property and we will take great care to prevent any losses arising from the investigation of any paranormal activity.

Cancellation
You may withdraw from the investigation at any time even once the investigation has started. If the investigation has not started, we ask you to telephone or email us to let us know that you do not wish to proceed, in plenty of notice.
We may withdraw from the investigation at any time. If the investigation has not started, we will notify you by phone.

I.P.A operates under the following terms. By accessing and/or using the website, visitors take full responsibility for meeting these terms and maintaining compliance with any and all local laws.
